Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

During limited releases, holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If a significant delay occurs, you'll be notified by email.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email.

When your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become active.

Domestic Shipping

Domestic (US) shipping is free on every order. All domestic orders ship through USPS with tracking.

Prefer it faster? A USPS Priority Mail upgrade is available at checkout.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and carrier rates at the time of purchase.

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, VAT, taxes, or other charges imposed by their destination country. These fees are determined by local authorities and are not controlled by VibeePins.

PO Boxes

We gladly ship to PO Boxes through USPS.

Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Orders

Because many VibeePins releases are produced in limited quantities, all sales are considered final.

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. When reaching out, please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the product and packaging when applicable

Each situation is reviewed individually, and we'll work to find a fair resolution whenever possible.

All transactions are processed securely through trusted payment providers, including Stripe and PayPal. VibeePins does not store or have access to your payment information.
